Activity includes: planning and management of the intervention, goals and project essential activities definition of the project that work team has to face and its continuous update connected to the changes brought, coordination between different skills, planning and management of communication, planning and evaluation of Contractor progresses and performance.
Evaluation of cash flows, specialist contributions collection and coordination, summary reports arrangement, formalization of variations and / or modifications during construction are also planned.
