– Works responsibilities according to italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
– Public and private project general Work Supervision (and/or administrative practices assistance, accounting and measurement).
– Operational management of structural works.
– Operational management of MEP works.
– Operative management site support.
– Safety coordination during implementation phase (CSE), including: constant interface with Work Supervisor, Work Supervision Responsible, Client and Companies, payment charges, support during project variances.
– Management and control of work schedules (Project Control).
– Specialized activities (surveys, tracking activities, geognostic, geotechnical, acoustic, environmental and hydraulic investigations), setting up, coordination and assistance.
– Site support in environmental/acoustic aspects, including: acoustic responsible during construction, environmental monitoring (noise, atmosphere, vegetation, electromagnetic fields, fauna).
– Fire prevention during construction, including: assistance to the Client, to Work Supervision for safety and fire prevention conformity, fire protection systems testing, as-built certifications collection and verification in order to obtain the CPI, certificates arrangement, SCIA VV.F. and / or renewal of fire protection conformity (asseverazioni) and forms.
– During construction of variances management (architectural, structural and MEP works) for Customer and Work Supervision.
– During construction variances management with public offices.
– Technical support to the Client, to Work Supervision in contentious management (reserves).
– Facility Management setting support.
– “As built” projects drafting (architectural, plant, structural, etc.).
– Commercialization support.
