Provisional works, although temporary, are related in maintaining the “status quo” during delicate works such as excavations, underpinnings, consolidations, safety measures and processing stages, requires accurate temporar planning because:
– nowadays, there are many building projects planned within a densely built up context;
– several remediation measures require deep excavations adjacent or even below former industrial building;
– various projects related to road infrastructure require projects for subsequent phases.
In this area, our team designs different types of land support such as cantilevered bulkhead by using diaphragms, piles, micro-piles, jet grouting, sheet piling. In case of intervention in collapsing structures or in structures subjected to interventions which temporarily affect their staticity, it also develops interventions which require the use of structural scaffolds and strength shoring.
