Ai confirms its commitment to the BIM methodology once again this year, successfully passing the annual surveillance audit required by UNI/PdR 74:2019 certification on 28 March. The UNI/PdR 74:2019 certification, developed in collaboration with industry experts, establishes precise guidelines for the digital management of information processes in construction, guaranteeing a high level of quality, transparency and collaboration throughout the entire life cycle of buildings and infrastructures. During the audit, conducted by ICMQ, Ai’s operational and management processes related to the BIM methodology were assessed. The audit focused in particular on compliance with company procedures, defined according to the reference standard, the correct management of digital information and data, and the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary collaboration guaranteed by the BIM methodology itself. The positive result of this annual surveillance confirmed not only compliance with the requirements of the certification, but also the commitment to the constant evolution and improvement of its skills and digital tools, fundamental elements for offering innovative and high-performance design solutions. Ai is also currently involved in the certification of 10 new professional figures, according to UNI 11337-7 and UNI/PdR 78:2020 standards. These figures include 2 BIM Managers, 2 BIM Coordinators and 6 BIM Specialists, confirming the constant investment in highly qualified resources.
