The new logistics center built within the Jesi freight village (intervention area of 350,000 sqm, 240,000 sqm of floor space, €194 million in construction works) has achieved BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, exceeding initial expectations and confirming the Client’s strong commitment to sustainability.
In addition to managing the entire design process, Ai Engineering S.r.l. oversaw the BREEAM certification procedure, verifying compliance with BREEAM requirements during both the design and construction phases. The company was supported by Greenwich S.r.l., which acted as the BREEAM Assessor.
For Ai Engineering S.r.l. and Greenwich S.r.l., this represents the latest milestone in a successful partnership that has led to the certification of more than 10 buildings—5 of which have achieved the BREEAM Excellent rating.
