Rebuild Ukraine is currently taking place in Warsaw — an event that continues the work of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC2025), held in Rome last July.
Just a few minutes ago, Ai Engineering CEO, Eng. Piercarlo Montaldo, officially signed an agreement with the Ukrainian company Metinvest and the Municipality of Trostyanets, Sumy Oblast, at the Italian Pavilion, in the presence of local authorities.
The agreement with Metinvest and Trostyanets provides for the construction of a first residential district for approximately 4,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs) within the municipality. The district will include all essential services — such as schools, hospitals, shops, recreational facilities, and transport — and will be developed with a high level of sustainability, understood in its broadest sense: environmental and social.
