Rebuild Ukraine is currently taking place in Warsaw — an event that continues the work of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC2025), held in Rome last July.
Just a few minutes ago, Ai Engineering CEO Eng. Piercarlo Montaldo officially signed an agreement with the Ukrainian company Metinvest and the Municipality of Trostyanets, Sumy Oblast, at the Italy Pavilion, in the presence of Davide La Cecilia, Ambassador Plenipotentiary for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Luca Franchetti Pardo, Ambassador in Warsaw, Fabrizio Giustarini, ICE representative in Kyiv, Roberto Cafiero, ICE Director in Warsaw, Amedeo Scarpa, Director of ICE’s Foreign Network, Yuriy Bova, Mayor of Trostyanets, and Tatyana Skripka, Head of the Reconstruction Projects Office at Metinvest.
The agreement with Metinvest and Trostyanets provides for the construction of a first residential district for approximately 4,000 IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons) within the municipality, equipped with all essential services such as schools, hospitals, shops, recreational facilities, transport, and more, with a high level of sustainability in its broadest sense, encompassing both environmental and social dimensions.
